Employment check

We hear out the brief description of the company in which applicants are working or had worked earlier and understand the skills acquired by the candidate in that company and how much it is relevant as per the requirement of the client. Review process is done in account of length of employment, position of the applicant in that organization and many other employment related validation.

Education check

Cross-check is done regarding the candidate education and any incorrect information directly led to the rejection. Education check also includes validation of awards, accolades or any other special recognition.

Reference check

Reference check is quite essential as it is the best way to determine what applicant is really like. Clients’ needs applicants who can maintain data confidentiality hence we provide best services in partnership with cFirst by scrutinizing the candidates carefully from our end.

Credentials check

Morpheus in partnership with cFirst validates the credentials and certificates of the candidates. All the information provided by the candidate is gathered, formatted and then cross-checked with the concerned agencies or companies.

Address Check

It seems address check is not so important for business purposes, but what if the employee absconds then there is no way out to find him but the verified address information. Morpheus helps the clients with the physical address verification of the candidate.
